Andrea Orvis Holden heads up Zeta Global's CRM Strategy Practice with 18 years of experience in marketing services partnering with brands across industry verticals including travel, retail and financial services. Andrea joined Zeta through eBay Enterprise’s Marketing Services Division and e-Dialog where she ran the company’s largest global accounts and strategy and analytics teams. Prior to that, she managed database, direct and early-era digital marketing for Bose and other brands at Arnold Worldwide. Andrea holds a BS from Northeastern University in Journalism and Marketing, and proudly left graduate school to focus on successfully growing a company in an emerging space.
